Welcome to holiday accommodation Pippa!We kindly ask you to adhere to the house rules below.
On the day of departure
- Check-out: before 10 am.
- The oven, fridge, and freezer are to be left clean and tidy by the guests. Please remember to clean up or take away any remaining food items.
- Dishwasher: Upon departure, all dishes must be done. We also ask you to empty the dishwasher and return everything to the cupboards.
- Bed linen: Please remove the bed linen. The mattress protectors may remain unless they are dirty. Bed linen and towels should be gathered together in the bathroom.
- Waste: Please empty the trash cans. Dispose of the waste in the designated bins (PMD and residual waste) under the carport. Glass can be placed next to the bin in the designated container.
- Any damages: Please report any damages and/or broken items to the host.
General conditions
- Parties or events are not allowed. In case of violation, the rental period will be terminated without the guests having any right to reclaim the remaining rent.
- Smoking inside the building is not allowed. Drugs are prohibited.
- Electric bicycle batteries must be charged in the carport. For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge batteries inside the house.
- Electric cars: For safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car using the regular household power supply. Electric cars can be charged less than a kilometer from the house at a charging point.
- The carport may only be used as a bicycle shed. Bicycles are not allowed to be stored inside the house.
- Maximum occupancy: No more guests than the number reserved for are allowed to stay or visit. The holiday accommodation must never be sublet.
- The garden: Fires are not allowed, and tents, windbreaks, or other structures must not be set up. It is forbidden to leave kitchen waste, cigarette butts, or any other items on the grass.
- Barbecuing: Barbecuing under the carport or on the grass is prohibited due to fire safety reasons. Barbecuing is only allowed on the paved terrace.
- Fireworks, candles, etc.: Storing fireworks in the house and igniting fireworks around the house is strictly prohibited. The use of candles or any other light and/or heat sources, including cooking appliances like fryers, raclettes, or fondues other than those provided in the accommodation, is not permitted for safety and odor reasons.
- Lost a key? Holiday accommodation Pippa will charge a fee of 100 euros per key.
- Internet: Wireless internet is available in the house. The use of the internet during the rental period is entirely the responsibility of the guests. Illegal downloading is prohibited.
- Toilets: Please do not throw objects or substances into the toilets that do not belong there (diapers, sanitary pads, tampons, food, etc.).
- Sink: Please do not pour grease residues, food, or acidic products into the sink.
- Furniture: We ask you not to move the furniture to prevent unnecessary damage and wear.
- Disturbances: The landlord has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and evict the guests from the holiday accommodation if the guest causes serious damage to the property or excessive disturbance to the peace. In Belgium, there is a law prohibiting outdoor noise after 10 pm. In case of violation, all persons will be removed from the holiday accommodation without prior warning and without refund of any rental fees.
- Adding beds, tents, caravans, or motorhomes is not allowed.
- Good housekeeping: The guests undertakes to treat the rented property and its contents in all situations as a good housekeeper. This includes, among other things, closing windows and doors in windy/rainy conditions, securing the property when absent, and using water, electricity, and heating reasonably.
